Wednesday workout: 50 minutes- elliptical and run
Good morning! I decided yesterday to take today off when I was in a “weird” mood. It wasn’t a bad mood or a happy mood so I decided to call it weird. I felt antsy and a little frustrated. I think I’m starting to get nervous about the half marathon. It’s only a week and a half away! I don’t know why I get so nervous every time. I think it’s because you never know what to expect with a run. It can go REALLY good or REALLY BAD! I choose to make it a good one but I still feel nervous. So to calm my nerves I took the day off for ME. This morning we started out by going to the gym I ran 3 miles on the DREADMILL. I hate running on the treadmill but I guess it’s better than nothing. I also got on the elliptical for a little bit as a warm up. Overall it was a good workout. I was sweating bullets. After our workout we decided to stop at Starbucks for breakfast. I had heard that they had “healthier” option sandwiches and I really wanted to try one.
I got the reduced fat turkey bacon egg white sandwich and a tall coffee.
