Kick Butt

It’s almost time for my afternoon nap time. That makes me very happy. I had tuna salad for lunch and caught up on my blog reading. I love reading blogs!! I am so motivated by so many amazing women. I feel like I really know them. I like feeling connected to people in different parts of the world. Seriously..the world. It’s pretty cool. I will be meeting some of them in Las Vegas hopefully in December. Skinnyrunner is arranging a conference the night before Las Vegas RNR. I am so looking forward to it 🙂

Talking about being motivated. My friend Diana shared this video with me a few months ago and I want to share it with you.

I’m going to keep this video and quote in mind this week when I’m busting my butt.
Workout plan for this week:
Monday- Elliptical, ST and core workout @ the gym, then 2 miles run/walk with my sister outside.
Tuesday- 4 mile run on the treadmill
Wednesday- 2 mile run/walk with my sister outside.
Thursday- 3 mile run on the treadmill
Friday- 5 mile run on the treadmill and ST (skipping yoga to fit in my long run)
Saturday- Hike
Sunday- Rest Day
Let’s kick butt!!! 🙂
